In the book, L.J. Golicz tells the story of a fish called Manini and how his efforts helped to conserve his reef in the Hawaiian islands

A new children’s book is set to inspire the next generation by introducing them to environmental concerns in a fun and thrilling manner. L.J. Golicz is pleased to announce the launch of “A Fish Called Bad Eyes,” his first children’s book aimed at children aged 7 to 12 that emphasizes the need to educate children about the importance of conserving the environment and ensuring the earth remains habitable for them and future generations.

In the book, L.J. Golicz combines education and entertainment to present a compelling case for the environment. With the current environmental challenges facing the Earth, it is important for everyone to come together and take action to ensure a sustainable future for the next generation. L.J. Golicz believes that by exposing kids to the beauty and importance of nature and wildlife, they can develop a deeper understanding and connection to the environment and make a positive impact in their own communities.

“I wrote this book to empower children and help them understand that they have the ability to make a positive impact on the world,” explained L.J. Golicz. “The future of our planet is in the hands of the next generation, and I believe it is essential to equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to protect it.”

The story follows Bad Eyes, a fish in a small reef along the Hawaiian islands. Bad Eyes swims in large schools to feed on algae and by doing so, grooms the reef for the survival of coral and all other reef dwellers. He is a very small manini, has poor eyesight, and as such was ushered to the rear of his school, not so much as an out-cast, but to act as bait for predators at the tail of his school. The school, assuming he was so small, no fish would want to eat him and as he was a very fast swimmer, the fastest in the school, he could always get away. Bad Eyes’ life changed when a pair of glasses fell onto his head.
“A Fish Called Bad Eyes” by L.J. Golicz is beautifully illustrated and written in a fun and relatable manner, making it an enjoyable and educational read for children. It is an invaluable resource for parents, teachers, and other adults who want to educate children about the environment and inspire them to make a positive impact.

The book is available in Kindle and Paperback versions on Amazon. To get “A Fish Called Bad Eyes” by L.J. Golicz, please visit https://www.amazon.com/Fish-Called-Bad-Eyes/dp/1483478866.
